All purchases from the Rafaela Pestritu website are subject to shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Customs

All orders are shipped from Romania via DHL courier service. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, misdirected, undelivered, or returned due to unpaid customs fees. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all import duties and taxes are paid where applicable.

Production Times (Made-to-Order)

Many of our garments are made-to-order and produced specifically for each client. Production times typically range between 2-4 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page.
